This program is designed for young adults who are navigate life after loss, and looking for support from a partner who gets it.
In this space, we focus on:
Releasing guilt around moving forward
Reconnecting with who you are now
Processing loss without rushing it
Bringing small joys back into your life
This 3 month program includes:
8 weekly or bi-weekly 60 minute sessions
Unlimited support between sessions via text, email or voice notes
1 15 minute “emergency call” that can be used at any point throughout the program
Resources including a grief survival guide, daily practices worksheet, and a few other helpful E-books
