“I genuinely don't know how to put into words just how much Gabi has meant to me throughout my grief journey. I came into grief counseling during one of the most difficult and emotionally overwhelming periods of my life, and I can wholeheartedly say that I would not be where I am today without her. From our very first session, Gabi created a space where I felt completely safe to show up as my most genuine, vulnerable, and sometimes messy self. Every single week, I could bring whatever I was feeling, whether it was sadness, anger, confusion, guilt, or something entirely unrelated to grief, and she welcomed all of it with compassion, understanding, and absolutely no judgment. One of the things I appreciated most about Gabi was her ability to make me feel understood and, perhaps more importantly, normal. Grief can be such an isolating and confusing experience, especially in the first year. There were so many times I questioned my emotions, my reactions, or whether what I was experiencing was normal. Gabi consistently reassured me that grief isn't linear, that my feelings were valid, and that I wasn't alone in what I was going through. Having experienced profound loss herself, Gabi brought a level of empathy and understanding that I don't think can be taught. She wasn't afraid to share pieces of her own experiences when they could help me feel less alone, and those moments meant so much to me. I never felt like I was simply talking to a coach. I felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely understood, cared, and wanted to see me find my way forward. But Gabi did so much more than listen. She helped me create healthy habits, find little moments of happiness throughout my weeks, and discover meaningful ways to continue honoring and feeling connected to my dad. She helped me navigate difficult conversations, uncomfortable emotions, and the complexities of grieving while being in a long-term relationship. She encouraged me to communicate my feelings and needs more openly, to give myself grace, and to recognize that I could continue living a beautiful life while still deeply missing my dad. I cannot tell you how many times I walked into a session feeling overwhelmed or emotionally heavy and walked out feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with a plan for the week ahead. I always knew she was in my corner, and that feeling of support and accountability was invaluable. Since my time with Gabi has come to an end, I find myself genuinely sad that our weekly sessions are ending. That's how much of an impact she's had on my life. She has been such a comforting, consistent, and positive presence during a time when I needed it most. Gabi has helped me understand that moving forward doesn't mean moving on from my dad. It means learning how to carry my love for him and my grief together, while still making room for happiness, growth, and life. I will forever be grateful for her kindness, wisdom, compassion, and the genuine care she puts into what she does. She has made a lasting difference in my life, and I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Gabi, for everything. ❤️”

“Whew! I had tears writing this one. Forever appreciative of the difference you have made for me. I started working with Gabi during an incredibly difficult season of my life. My dad passed away from cancer in January, and my mom had been diagnosed with cancer the year before. I was carrying an enormous amount of grief, anger, uncertainty, and emotional heaviness, and I honestly wasn’t sure how to navigate all of it while still trying to show up for the rest of my life. Working with Gabi has been transformative. She has given me practical tools for processing my grief and, just as importantly, learning to give myself grace and be gentle with myself. She has helped me navigate some incredibly difficult decisions and conversations with my mom, siblings, partner, and even decisions around work and how to approach significant milestones like Father’s Day and my dad’s first birthday without him. One of the biggest shifts for me has been in my relationship with my partner. I went from feeling a lot of anger and resentment toward him to developing a much deeper sense of empathy and understanding. Gabi helped me recognize that I’m not the only one grieving. My partner is grieving too, as it relates to changes and loss of the person I was before all of this happened. That perspective has made a meaningful difference in our relationship. I often come into our sessions feeling heavy, overwhelmed, or stuck, and I consistently leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded with practical steps for how to move forward. Gabi creates a space where I feel heard and understood, but she also challenges me in the ways I need to be challenged. Grief isn’t something you simply “get over,” and Gabi has helped me understand that the goal isn’t to move past my grief, but to learn how to carry it in a healthier and more compassionate way. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, perspective, and tools she has given me during one of the hardest chapters of my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gabi to anyone who is navigating grief, major life transitions, or simply needs help finding their way through a difficult season.”

“I began working with Gabi as I was approaching the one-year mark of losing my grandmother, who raised me since birth. I was struggling deeply with guilt, anger, and a sense of hopelessness that felt impossible to move through alone. When I came across her videos on Instagram, I felt immediate relief. She spoke directly to what I was experiencing, and for the first time in that entire year, I finally felt seen and understood. I knew I was lacking the support I truly needed to navigate life without my grandmother in it. I had tried a grief therapist, but not being the right fit, I remained stuck in the same place of pain, unable to move forward. My grandmother had been my greatest supporter and the most unconditional love I have ever known. Losing her unexpectedly didn’t just break my heart, it shook my sense of who I am. Working with Gabi has allowed me to begin truly processing that loss. She has guided me through self-forgiveness in a way I couldn’t access before, and gently reminded me of my own resilience at moments when I couldn’t see it myself. I go into our sessions feeling detached and anxious, and I leave feeling grounded, heard, and a little more whole. After our very first session, I told Gabi that I felt as though I had taken the first step on the stairway to healing, and that feeling has only deepened. What sets Gabi apart is her gentleness and the depth of her experience. Having navigated grief herself, she brings a level of understanding that is difficult to find elsewhere, and it comes through in every session. Her support has given me something I had lost entirely. Hope. I look forward to continuing this work with her, and I recommend Gabi wholeheartedly to anyone who is grieving, feeling hopeless, and searching for that first step forward.”

“There are some people who come into your life exactly when you need them most, and for me, that person is my grief coach Gabi. Nine weeks ago, I truly didn’t believe I would ever feel any sense of peace again after losing my sister. I was drowning in grief, crying uncontrollably every day, hyperventilating, feeling completely broken, and convinced this was how I would live forever. Looking back now, I truly believe God placed you in my life. He knew exactly who I needed when I couldn’t see a way forward, and I will forever be grateful that our paths crossed. You gently helped me find my way through the darkest season of my life. You gave me the tools, the hope, and the strength to keep taking one step at a time when I didn’t think I could. You never tried to erase my grief, you taught me how to carry it in a way that lets me keep living. The person I am today is so different from the person who joined our first session nine weeks ago. I miss my sister every day and I always will, but because of you, I can smile again. I can breathe again. I can see light where I once only saw darkness. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me when I couldn't believe in myself. Thank you for your compassion, your patience, your wisdom, and for helping me find pieces of myself that I thought were gone forever. I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am for you and the impact you’ve had on my life. You truly changed my life, and I will carry what you’ve taught me with me forever.”
